A non-profit humanitarian project called “Saint Mark’s Care and Treatment Centre” in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Poland, requires 45 million EUR for implementation, which can be divided into tranches of various sizes payable by sponsors.

This project, referred to as C&T Center, is a combination of a “Nursing Home for Old and Infirm” (120-130 places) with a “Care and Treatment Facility” (medium terms hospitality) for patients during the period of treatment after the acute phase of the disease (90-100 places) and “Stationary hospice with home hospice” (30 stationary places). A total of 250-260 seats).

Combining three functions, from caring for elderly people who require support in organizing their daily life due to their limitations in old age with a nursing and therapeutic function for people in the acute phase of severe illnesses temporarily impairing their ability to lead an independent life until they recover completely and return to independence, to a hospice providing a last haven for people in terminal stages of cancer and diseases with a similar debilitating course. 

This approach offers the chance to ensure a dignified life at all stages of the autumn of life. 

It is the only investment of this type in five districts of Western Mazovia, intended to serve a population of about 400,000 Citizens. The need to create such a Center results from the analyses carried out on the market and is based on 44 years of experience of the doctor and health care manager MD Marek Janicki.
The construction of the ‘Saint Mark’s Care and Treatment Centre’ will be managed by ‘Arcus Komers’ L.L.C, while the launch and operation will be overseen by the ‘St. Mark’s Foundation’. Both organizations are non-profit and have all the necessary records and statutes in place to ensure the successful implementation of the project.
